	-UpdateInstaller.exe 
		->Needs to restarted multiple times after reboots to install everything.
		Restart the installer until you get the "No missing update found. Nothing
		to do!" or "Any missing update was either black listed or not found." message.
		Alternatively you can use the "Automatic reboot and recall" option.
		This will reboot and restart the installer as often as needed to install everything.
